By using ipmicompare.com (the "site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Who we are
IPMIcompare is a trading name of Cogotec Ltd, an insurance intermediary registered in Hong Kong (company number 3185512), registered office Rooms 1703–1704, 17/F, Tung Chiu Commercial Centre, Hong Kong.
3. What IPMIcompare does
IPMIcompare helps you compare international private medical insurance from a range of insurers and connects you with a regulated broker to arrange cover. We are not an insurer — any policy you take out is provided by the insurer under their own terms.
4. Quotes are indicative
Prices and plans shown are indicative and based on the information you provide. Your final premium, terms and acceptance are confirmed by the insurer at underwriting and may differ from what is shown.
5. Not personal advice
Information provided by our assistant, Nomi, is to help you compare options and is general in nature. It is not personal financial, legal, tax or medical advice unless and until it is provided to you by a regulated adviser.
6. Your responsibilities
- You must be 18 or over to use the site.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information — quotes depend on it.
- You agree to use the site lawfully and only for your own genuine insurance enquiries.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, scrape or copy it at scale, or use it to send automated or fraudulent enquiries.
8. Intellectual property
The site, the IPMIcompare and Nomi brands, and their content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
9. Third-party insurers and links
Cover is provided by third-party insurers under their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for their products, decisions, or the content of any third-party websites we link to.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, or for reliance on indicative quotes. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction.
